Where are your products made?
All Farmstand Goods products are made in the United States in certified commercial kitchens using trusted food production partners that meet all state and federal food safety requirements.

Where do your ingredients come from?
The majority of our ingredients are sourced from local farmers whenever possible. Some ingredients, such as tropical fruits or items that are not grown seasonally or regionally, are sourced from outside our local area to ensure consistency and quality year-round.

How are ingredients listed on your labels?
Ingredients are listed by weight, in accordance with FDA labeling requirements.

Do you offer farm tours?
At this time, we do not offer farm tours.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply add items to your cart, check out, and you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Do you offer gift packages or event gifting?
Yes. We can create custom-tailored gift packages for corporate events, school events, weddings, parties, and other special occasions. Please contact us for options, pricing, and lead times.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Returns & Damages

What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to make it right.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

What are your minimum order requirements?
Minimum order quantities vary by product and packaging format. Details are provided upon account approval.

Can I mix SKUs in a wholesale order?
Yes. Most wholesale orders allow mixed SKUs within the same order, subject to minimums.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Volume-based pricing may be available depending on order size and production runs.


Wholesale Shipping & Fulfillment

How are wholesale orders shipped?
Wholesale orders ship via freight or parcel shipping depending on order size. Shipping terms are confirmed before fulfillment.

Do you offer distribution services?
Yes. Distribution is available through our established third-party distributors that we have partnered with for years.

Who pays for shipping?

Are your products shelf-stable?
Yes, our products are shelf-stable until opened. Storage instructions are included on each label.

Do you provide nutrition facts and barcodes?
Yes. Nutrition panels, ingredient statements, and UPCs are available for all wholesale items.
